In-person payments You are more than welcome to pay in person or by mail. If you pay in person, you can use cash, a check, a credit or debit card, or an E-check. E-checks require your checking account and routing number. We are open for in-person and over-the-phone payments Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. We are closed on Federal holidays
