The Prevention and Health Promotion provides programs that promote good health and reduce harm in our community. Programs and services available include:
- Activities that encourage healthy eating and active living.
- Portable crib distribution to qualifying families to provide a safe sleep space for infants
- Naloxone kit distribution to anyone concerned about themselves or a loved one experiencing an opiate overdose.
- Assessing risk, contact tracing and providing education to slow the spread of HIV and syphilis.
